Where do you deliver?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Shipping is free on all eligible orders. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses are outside our shipping area. Please contact us about PO Box delivery before ordering. Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Our daily cutoff is 07:00 PM, fixed GMT−06:00 Central Standard Time (Chicago), without daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day.
Can I return my purchase?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending anything back. After authorization, return items to Zenythed, 42 Rue Marcel Rivière, 78320 La Verrière, France. Change-of-mind return shipping, including international return postage, is the customer’s responsibility. We cover necessary return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defective items. Contact us with photos so we can assess damage, defects or incorrect items and arrange a refund or replacement. These claims are not subject to the unused and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns. There is no restocking fee. Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How should I care for ceramics?
Follow the care notes for your chosen product. We recommend gentle hand washing, avoiding abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. Microwave, oven and dishwasher suitability is not specified.
What is included?
Each product page lists the number of pieces and the selected finish. Capacity is stated per cup, and cup measurements exclude the handle.
How do payments and order confirmation work?
