You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping, including international return postage, is the customer’s responsibility. We cover necessary return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defective items. Contact us with photos so we can assess damage, defects or incorrect items and arrange a refund or replacement. These claims are not subject to the unused and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns. There is no restocking fee. Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 calendar days.
